Why KYTHEL exists
After 15+ years working as a systems administrator, Linux engineer, SRE, DevOps and cloud engineer — building and running infrastructure where downtime was measured in dollars per minute — Laz kept seeing the same thing: small businesses getting the worst of both worlds. Slow support from giant help desks, or a part-time computer guy with no monitoring, no backups, and no plan.
KYTHEL was built to be the third option. Enterprise-grade practices — monitoring, documentation, tested backups, real security — delivered by an actual senior engineer, at a price a 10-person office can budget for.
