What exactly is included in managed IT services?
24/7 monitoring, patching and updates, remote help desk for your team, backup and disaster recovery, network and firewall management, email and account security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and vendor management, all under one flat monthly fee. If it plugs in or logs in, it is our problem.
How is this different from calling someone when things break?
Break-fix IT gets paid when you have problems, so problems are the business model. Managed IT gets paid to prevent them. Monitoring catches failures early, patching closes security holes, and backups make bad days recoverable. You trade surprise invoices for a predictable monthly number.
We already have an IT person. Can we still use you?
Yes, that is called co-managed IT. Your person keeps handling day to day requests while we take on monitoring, patching, backups, security, and big projects. It is a common setup for offices whose IT staff is stretched thin.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually 2–4 weeks. We document your environment, deploy monitoring agents, secure accounts with MFA, verify backups, and fix the riskiest issues first. Your team keeps working normally the whole time.
Do you require long term contracts?
