KYTHEL

Your whole IT department for a flat monthly fee.

Managed IT Services for Small Businesses

One flat monthly fee. One engineer who knows your business. Monitoring, help desk, security, backups, and updates — handled, so you can get back to work.

Most small businesses handle IT the same way: nothing breaks, nobody thinks about it. Something breaks, everything stops. Then you pay someone by the hour to put out the fire, and wait for the next one.

Managed IT flips that. KYTHEL watches your systems 24/7, patches and backs them up on schedule, answers your team's help requests, and fixes small problems before they become outages. You pay one predictable monthly fee instead of surprise repair bills.

You are not buying a ticket queue at a giant MSP. You are hiring a senior engineer with 15+ years across system administration, networking, cloud, and security — the person who answers when you call.

Who needs managed IT services

  • Businesses with 5–50 employees that depend on computers, email, and internet to make money
  • Offices that have outgrown the 'call a guy when it breaks' approach
  • Teams with an internal IT person who needs backup on monitoring, security, and projects (co-managed IT)

What is included

Everything managed IT services should cover

24/7 monitoring & alerting

Every server, workstation, and network device reports in around the clock. We see failing drives, full disks, and offline systems before you feel them.

Help desk your team will actually use

Your employees email or call, a real engineer responds fast, and most issues are fixed remotely in minutes — not days.

Patching & updates

Windows, macOS, and key applications kept current on a tested schedule, so known security holes get closed without breaking your workday.

Backup & disaster recovery

Automatic, verified backups of the data your business cannot lose, plus a written recovery plan with real timelines — tested, not assumed.

Network management

Firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPNs configured, documented, and maintained. Includes new office buildouts, rack cleanups, and ISP wrangling.

Security fundamentals

Endpoint protection, email filtering, multi-factor authentication, and sane access policies. The unglamorous basics that stop most real-world attacks.

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Licenses, mailboxes, sharing policies, and onboarding/offboarding handled correctly — including cleaning up years of accumulated mess.

VoIP & vendor management

Business phones, internet providers, printers, software vendors — we manage them and speak their language so you never sit on hold again.

Hardware lifecycle

We spec, source, set up, and retire your equipment on a plan, so machines get replaced on your schedule instead of failing on theirs.

How it works

Three steps, no drama

  1. 1

    Free IT assessment

A short call plus a look at your current setup. You get a written summary of risks and quick wins whether you hire us or not.

  2. 2

    Onboarding (2–4 weeks)

We document everything, deploy monitoring, secure accounts, fix the scariest gaps first, and standardize the basics. No downtime for your team.

  3. 3

    Ongoing management

Monitoring, patching, help desk, and reporting run continuously, with quarterly reviews to plan budgets and upgrades like a real IT department would.

Pricing

Simple, per-device pricing

Three plans, priced per device per month: Essential from $59, Professional from $89, and Complete from $129, with a $295/month plan minimum (about five devices). A typical 10-person office lands between $800 and $1,500 per month — a fraction of one IT hire, with far more coverage.

Every quote is flat and written. If something is not included, you will know before you sign, not on an invoice.

Questions

Managed IT Services — fair questions, straight answers

What exactly is included in managed IT services?
Around-the-clock monitoring, patching and updates, remote help desk for your team, backup and disaster recovery, network and firewall management, email and account security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and vendor management — all under one flat monthly fee. If it plugs in or logs in, it is our problem.
How is this different from calling someone when things break?
Break-fix IT gets paid when you have problems, so problems are the business model. Managed IT gets paid to prevent them. Monitoring catches failures early, patching closes security holes, and backups make bad days recoverable. You trade surprise invoices for a predictable monthly number.
We already have an IT person. Can we still use you?
Yes — that is called co-managed IT. Your person keeps handling day-to-day requests while we take on monitoring, patching, backups, security, and big projects. It is a common setup for offices whose IT staff is stretched thin.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually 2–4 weeks. We document your environment, deploy monitoring agents, secure accounts with MFA, verify backups, and fix the riskiest issues first. Your team keeps working normally the whole time.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. After onboarding, plans run month-to-month. We keep clients by being good, not by locking the door.
Is my business too small for managed IT?
Our sweet spot is 5–50 employees. If you are smaller than that, our IT support plans are usually a better fit — you get the same engineer without paying for coverage you do not need yet.
