Our pricing, in actual numbers

Most IT companies make you book a call to hear a price. Ours are below — the same numbers we quote, with what moves them up or down.

Managed IT — per device, per month

One flat monthly fee covers monitoring, help desk, security, and backups. Plans carry a $295/month minimum; a typical 10-person office lands between $800 and $1,500/month.

Why we publish prices when almost nobody does

Roughly 95% of IT providers hide pricing so a salesperson can size up your budget first. We would rather you arrive knowing the numbers — it saves both of us a call, and it means our quote has to survive comparison instead of a pitch. Questions

Pricing questions, straight answers

Why per device instead of per user?
Per-device is the honest unit: you pay for what actually gets monitored and maintained, and you can verify the count yourself. Per-user pricing hides assumptions about how many devices each person has — which becomes a renegotiation the first time you add a tablet.
What is the $295/month minimum?
Managed plans start at $295/month total. Below that size, monitoring overhead outweighs the value — smaller offices are usually better served by hourly support at $89/hr until they grow, and we will tell you so.
Am I locked into a contract?
No multi-year lock-in. SEO engagements are month-to-month after the first 90 days, and managed IT terms are put in writing before you sign — including free offboarding: your passwords and documentation are yours when you leave.
What makes the price go up or down?
Device count is the main driver. Servers, compliance requirements (HIPAA, cyber-insurance questionnaires), and after-hours onsite needs move you between tiers. Every quote is written and flat — if something would cost extra, you hear it before we start.
Are there trip fees or diagnostic fees?
No. Hourly support is $89/hr with the first hour billed in full and prorated after — no trip fees, no diagnostic fees, no after-hours multiplier games.
