Cloud services
Cloud services that fit how your business actually works
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and AWS: set up correctly, migrated without drama, backed up for real, and managed by the same senior engineer who answers your calls. Serving Palm Beach and Broward County onsite, and businesses across Florida remotely.
What we handle in the cloud
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Setup, licensing that matches how you actually work, security defaults done right (MFA, sharing policies), and administration your team never has to think about.
- Migrations without drama. Old server to cloud, Gmail to 365 or the reverse, tenant to tenant after an acquisition: staged, verified, and reversible until you sign off. Nothing lost in the move.
- Cloud backups that actually protect you. The platforms do not protect you from deletion, sync ransomware, or a bad actor with a login. We add the backup layer that does, and we test restores.
- Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud management. Virtual machines, storage, and the runaway costs that appear when nobody owns the bill. We right size, monitor, and keep the invoice explainable.
- Hybrid setups. Plenty of businesses need a foot in both worlds: a local server for the legacy app, cloud for everything else. We design for the business you have, not the diagram vendors sell.
- Email security. Phishing filtering, MFA enforcement, and the account hygiene that prevents the breach instead of cleaning it up. Because most cloud disasters start in an inbox.
What cloud work costs, published
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration. Included in every managed IT plan. No separate admin fee, no per ticket charges for account work.
- Migrations. From $75 per user with a $750 minimum, as a flat written quote after a free assessment. The price we quote is the price you pay.
- Cloud infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). From $295 per month standalone, and included in our Complete plan at no extra cost.
- Cloud cost review. Free with any assessment. We find the savings and you keep all of them. Some providers charge a percentage of what they save you; we think that is a strange way to treat a client.
The honest cloud conversation
The cloud is not automatically cheaper, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling migration hours. For some businesses a $1,200 server that runs six years beats $400 a month of cloud subscriptions; for others, the cloud erases a whole category of risk and maintenance. We have built and rescued both kinds of setups for 16+ years, from virtualization clusters to cloud sync architectures, and the assessment we give you starts from your numbers, not a vendor pitch. Run your own first pass with the cost calculator, then let us pressure test it.
Where we do this
Cloud work is remote by nature, which means we deliver it everywhere in Florida: onsite roots in Boynton Beach and Boca Raton, daily coverage across Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, and remote clients statewide. Cloud services ship inside our managed IT plans or as standalone projects.
