What we handle in the cloud

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Setup, licensing that matches how you actually work, security defaults done right (MFA, sharing policies), and administration your team never has to think about.
Migrations without drama. Old server to cloud, Gmail to 365 or the reverse, tenant to tenant after an acquisition: staged, verified, and reversible until you sign off. Nothing lost in the move.
Cloud backups that actually protect you. The platforms do not protect you from deletion, sync ransomware, or a bad actor with a login. We add the backup layer that does, and we test restores.
Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud management. Virtual machines, storage, and the runaway costs that appear when nobody owns the bill. We right size, monitor, and keep the invoice explainable.
Hybrid setups. Plenty of businesses need a foot in both worlds: a local server for the legacy app, cloud for everything else. We design for the business you have, not the diagram vendors sell.

What cloud work costs, published

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration. Included in every managed IT plan. No separate admin fee, no per ticket charges for account work.
Migrations. From $75 per user with a $750 minimum, as a flat written quote after a free assessment. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Cloud infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). From $295 per month standalone, and included in our Complete plan at no extra cost.
Cloud cost review. Free with any assessment. We find the savings and you keep all of them. Some providers charge a percentage of what they save you; we think that is a strange way to treat a client.

Cloud questions, answered honestly

Should my business move to the cloud or keep a server?

It depends on your software, your internet reliability, and your budget shape. Cloud shifts risk to account security and connectivity; an on premise server shifts it to hardware health and backups. We support both and will tell you honestly which fits, including when the right answer is a mix.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Both are excellent. The honest answer is usually whichever your team already knows, with Microsoft 365 winning for businesses that live in Outlook, Excel, and Teams, and Workspace winning for teams that grew up on Gmail and Docs. We set up, migrate, and manage both.

Can you migrate us without losing email or files?

Yes, that is the whole job: a staged migration where mail, files, and calendars move over verified, the old system stays readable until everything is confirmed, and your team barely notices the switch. Nothing gets deleted until you have signed off.

What about cloud backups? Is not the cloud already backed up?

Microsoft and Google keep their platforms alive, but they do not protect you from accidental deletion, ransomware that syncs, or a hostile ex employee. Cloud data needs its own backup layer, and setting that up properly is part of how we run every cloud environment.

Do you manage Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud too?

Yes, and Google Cloud too. Virtual machines, storage, and the cost sprawl those platforms generate when nobody watches them. Cloud bills that quietly doubled are one of the most common things we get called to fix.
