How this math works: the per fix column scales breakage with team size, because more people means more machines and more things going wrong (at the middle setting, roughly one more monthly incident for every two people added). Each incident is priced at our published $89 per hour with a two hour average fix. The managed column uses our real per device tiers ($59 to $129 per device per month, estimated at 1.2 devices per person plus servers, $295 monthly minimum). The hiring column uses a $60,000 entry IT salary plus 30% for benefits and taxes. Every business differs; this is an honest starting point, not a quote.
