SEO Case Study: From Invisible to 1,670 Weekly Impressions in 45 Days

A brand new website for a Boynton Beach company started July the way every new website starts: invisible. Two or three Google impressions a week, average position in the 70s, zero clicks. Forty five days of disciplined SEO later, Google shows it 1,670 times a week and average position has climbed to 45. Every number below is straight from Google Search Console, screenshots included.

Where it stands: Live and compounding. The site keeps setting weekly impression records, average position is still climbing, and the first clicks are arriving, which is the sequence every new site follows: visibility first, traffic next.

The challenge

  • A new domain with no authority, no backlinks, and no history, competing in a local market where the first page belongs to businesses established for a decade or more.
  • Nearly a hundred pages that could easily have become the thin, templated duplicates Google ignores, the single most common way local sites fail.
  • No advertising budget: every impression had to be earned organically.

What we built

A keyword to page map, enforced by code

Every page answers exactly one search intent, defined in a spreadsheet that acts as law. A validation script checks every title, meta description, and heading against it on every deploy and blocks the release if anything drifts.

Unique content for every locality page

Instead of one template stamped across every city, each local page got its own problems, FAQs, and proof, written for that market. Measured overlap between pages was cut to under 40 percent, the difference between pages Google indexes and pages it discards.

Technical layer done completely

Structured data on every page (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb), a sitemap that reports the real last modified date of every page from version control, clean canonical URLs, and static HTML that loads fast.

Indexing discipline

A tracked, daily routine of inspecting and requesting indexing on the highest value pages instead of waiting for Google to wander in, with a ledger of what is indexed, pending, and stale.

Content that earns the next visit

Weekly articles targeting questions the market actually asks, real project case studies, free tools, and pages ready for AI search engines as well as Google.

The results

  • From 2 or 3 impressions per week in early July to 1,670 per week by late August, with the curve still rising.
  • Average position improved from the 70s to 45 across the whole query set, with several local terms already on page one.
  • From a handful of indexed pages to 96, with zero pages flagged as thin or duplicate.
  • First organic clicks arrived inside 30 days, ahead of the typical curve for a new domain with no backlink budget.
